HEARING BEFORE SEEING : A 14-Day Self-Study Course in Training Your Inner Ear to Manifest for Yourself and Others in 5 Minutes a Day

Familiar with conscious manifesting but struggle to "visualize?" Have difficulty constructing imaginal scenes? Tired of robotic affirmations that don't get you anywhere? In my book about Abdullah, YOU ARE IN BARBADOS, I devoted an entire chapter to his "Hearing Before Seeing" technique. That was the inspiration for this self-study course. It is highly recommended that students read that book (specifically that chapter) to better understand the foundational aspects. Having previously taught mindfulness and meditation to exceptional children and families, I incorporated that experience into this book in a manner that will "train" your inner ear and help you to better "hear" in imagination that which you want to cause to "echo" (manifest) into your 3D reality. A lot of people struggle in this because they haven't yet learned how to become "aware" of what they're already hearing; they don't even realize all the mental conversations they have. Some people doubt their ability to recreate sounds and voices in their inner ear, but this practice helps them to realize they not only can but they already are and just didn't know it yet. If you can imagine something, you can have it. For people who struggle to visualize, the ability to imagine by hearing--by reconstructing voices and sounds in their inner ear--is a huge "game changer" for them in conscious manifesting. I have also tailored this toward neurodivergent readers as well. If you have always struggled to close your eyes in meditation or sit still, then I've written this with you in mind. That is also why I've made the daily sessions so short, so that other than the time in reading about what you'll be doing, the actual exercises themselves are perfect for those with short attention spans. This book is broken up into 2 sections:Section I ("How to 'hear' in your inner ear") walks you through basic grounding exercises (that are solely focused on your sense of hearing). A daily 3 min. "hearing" meditation follows a very short breathing exercise (that is also useful for anyone experiencing an anxiety attack).Section II makes a transition from cultivating that awareness and training your inner ear to consciously scripting what you want to hear and experience others saying and doing in your 3D reality.
